watchOS 27.2 RC: What's New & Should You Update?
Apple just released the watchOS 27.2 Release Candidate (build 24S116), and after living with it on my wrist, here's everything that changed, what's still broken, and whether you should install it.
Siri is noticeably faster to respond, and it handles web questions like sports schedules and ticket prices far better than old Siri ever could. But Intercom, the one feature I use Siri for most, now needs the message sent separately, and step count questions still fail for me. I also cover the new white Music app icon, the press-and-hold app switcher, why the double press still does nothing (Live Rewind and the new Health features look pushed to 27.3), a Raise to Speak setting you may want to turn back on, and why there are still no new watch faces.
